Help for Veterans
Perhaps you’ve said to yourself, “I can handle this on my own” and, in doing so, you’ve found yourself self-medicating through drugs and alcohol to try and avoid the flashbacks, control the anger, or just feel nothing. You’ve also likely found out there is no permanence in that solution.
RRPMV offers you a different choice to deal with military-related trauma by exploring your memories and feelings through expressive art and group counseling in an environment that is safe, without judgment, and supportive of your journey to mental health—and peace.
Help for Military Family Members
If your spouse, parent, or sibling’s military-related trauma has resulted in behaviors that have changed your relationship to that person—or with yourself—RRPMV is here for you.
Our program offers the opportunity for you to explore the secondary effects of military-related trauma and your feelings through expressive art and group counseling in an environment that is safe, without judgment, and supportive of your journey to mental health—and peace.
Volunteer with RRPMV
As RRPMV expands, we may have volunteer opportunities for trained artists who want to assist our program participants with ideation, techniques, and provide other art-related guidance.
From time to time, we may also have the need for volunteer clerical help or event assistance.
If interested in volunteering with RRMPV in any of these capacities, please contact us.
